What information do I need to provide at sign-up?

Just your name, email, and a password. When you land on the dashboard you’ll be asked for a little more. Before you can withdraw, two things need to be in place: a verified email address, and a bank account saved through the KYC steps in your dashboard. Note that saved bank accounts lock once you submit them.

Start on the Free tier to explore the platform — Trustii, Pluga, CreatorHub and up to 4 WishPools at a time are all included. Upgrade to Starter (₦10,000/mo) when you want 25% better Pluga rates and room for 10 pools at once, or Pro (₦20,000/mo) for 50% better rates and unlimited pools.

What is Trustii?

Trustii is payment protection, built into Vebpac. When you’re buying or selling with someone you don’t know well, Trustii holds the money safely in the middle until the deal is done. Nothing reaches the seller until delivery is confirmed.

How does a Trustii deal work, step by step?

The buyer pays into Trustii, and the seller can see the money is confirmed before shipping anything. The seller sends the item. The buyer confirms it arrived as agreed. Only then is the payment released. If the item never arrives, or isn’t what was agreed, the money stays exactly where it is while the dispute is reviewed.

Your money doesn’t reach the seller until you confirm the item arrived as promised. If it never turns up, or turns up materially different from what was listed, you can raise a dispute and the funds stay held while we review.

You never ship on a promise. The buyer’s payment is confirmed and held before you send anything, so you know the money is real. Once the buyer confirms delivery — or the confirmation window passes without a dispute — the payment is released to you.

Each product lists a base rate (typically 5–30%), set by the brand. When someone buys through your link, you’re paid that percentage of the order value. Starter members are paid 25% more on every sale; Pro members 50% more.

A payout is confirmed once the buyer’s return window closes (typically 7–14 days, depending on the brand). Pending amounts show in your dashboard, but only confirmed ones are available to withdraw.

The Pluga dashboard shows clicks, conversion rate, and pending and confirmed payouts per link. You can also filter by date range and by product to see what your audience responds to.

Absolutely. Your tracking link works the same on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, blogs, or anywhere else. We don’t cap channels or charge per link.

What is a WishPool?

A WishPool is a community prize pool. You pay a small entry fee for an item you want, be it a phone, TV, hamper, fashion piece — and when the pool closes, members compete in a timed knowledge challenge and the top performers win.

How much does it cost to enter?

Entry fees vary by item value. Smaller pools start from ₦500; larger pools (phones, electronics) usually sit between ₦5,000 and ₦15,000. The price is always shown on the pool card before you commit.

When a pool closes, entrants take a timed 5–10 question challenge about the item. Winners are ranked by accuracy and completion time according to the published competition rules, and the final leaderboard is posted so the result is fully auditable.

Your entry fee contributed to the pool, funds the prize, so it isn’t refunded, but you can re-enter future pools at any time. We also run free pools periodically.

CreatorHub is a marketplace, not a job board. Brands post a brief and a budget (sponsored posts, reels, ambassadorships) and creators of every size bid or apply. Once both sides agree the brief, scope and fee, the brand secures the payment through Trustii. The creator delivers, the brand approves, and the payment is released.

Do I have to deliver before I get paid?

No. You never deliver work that hasn’t been paid for. Once a brand accepts your bid, the fee is secured through Trustii before you start, and released when the work is approved. See the Trustii section for how the protection works on both sides.

Nothing is released until you approve the deliverable against the agreed brief. If the creator misses it, you can request revisions or open a dispute, and the money stays put while we mediate against the agreed scope.

What’s the platform fee on CreatorHub?

Vebpac takes a 10% platform fee (charged to the creator). Brands pay no additional fee beyond the agreed gig amount. The fee covers charges, dispute resolution, and payment processing.

Either party can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Our team reviews the original brief, the deliverable, and any agreed revisions. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 working days and decisions are final.

Payouts are on demand. Request a withdrawal from your dashboard and we review and pay it within 24–48 hours, Mon–Fri. Requests made on weekends or public holidays process on the next working day.

The minimum is ₦5,000. If your balance is below that, request a withdrawal once you cross the threshold.

Withdrawals go to a Nigerian bank account, including the mobile-money banks (Opay, PalmPay, Moniepoint). Add the account you want to be paid into through the KYC steps in your dashboard — they lock once saved, so double-check the number before you submit.

Why is some of my balance marked “pending”?

A pending balance is money still inside a refund or approval window — a Pluga sale that can still be returned, or a gig the brand hasn’t approved yet. It becomes confirmed and available to withdraw once that window closes: usually 7–14 days for Pluga sales, and instantly on gig approval.

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password”. Enter your email and we’ll send you a secure reset link/code, valid for 15 minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a long, unique password you don’t reuse anywhere else, and keep your email address verified — withdrawals are blocked until it is. Your saved bank accounts also lock once submitted, so nobody can quietly redirect a payout. Two-factor authentication is on our roadmap and isn’t available yet.

How do I close my account?

Contact support from the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll walk you through it. Withdraw any confirmed balance first — pending amounts still inside a refund or approval window can’t be paid out once the account is closed. Self-service deletion from Settings is on our roadmap.

What should I do if I think someone else is in my account?

Change your password immediately from Settings → Security, which signs you out everywhere, then contact support so we can review recent activity on your account. A session manager showing every signed-in device is on our roadmap.

What’s the refund policy for membership?

You can cancel anytime and keep your membership benefits until the end of your current billing month. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial months, but no money is taken after cancellation.

Commissions on refunded sales are automatically reversed during the refund window (typically 7 days). If a sale is refunded after the window has closed, the commission stays — unless the refund is part of a documented fraud case.

Every quiz uses time-limited single-attempt access and IP/device fingerprinting. Scores are tied to verified accounts, and the final leaderboard is published after the pool closes so anyone can audit the result against the published rules.

If a brand goes silent for 7 days after delivery, you can request automatic release of funds. Our team reviews the brief and your deliverable, and releases funds if you’ve substantially met the agreed scope.

Every user profile, product, and gig has a “Report” link in the menu (⋮). Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports within 24 hours and can suspend accounts pending investigation.
